Our biggest benefit in switching to Virtual Pulsar has been how accessible they are and their knowledge of multiple platforms (PC and Apple). Additionally, they have a broader knowledge base not only in computer platforms, but can also handle security and coordinate/integrate with Fire and Alarm companies.
